‍Earthwave Healing offers breathwork, 9D Breathwork, and vibrational sound healing sessions for wellness purposes. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

3. Health Disclaimer

‍Participation in breathwork or sound healing sessions is voluntary. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or mental health conditions prior to participation. Earthwave Healing reserves the right to decline participation if a session is deemed unsuitable for your current health status. Consult your physician before participating if you have any concerns.

4. Assumption of Risk

‍By participating in any Earthwave Healing session, you acknowledge that breathwork and sound healing involve physical and emotional engagement and you voluntarily assume any associated risks.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

‍Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. Earthwave Healing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

‍All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and audio is the property of Earthwave Healing and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
